Order Processing

We work hard to get your new furniture moving as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Some pieces are sourced from one of our distributors, and those can take a bit longer, typically up to 24 days. If anything is going to take longer than expected, we'll reach out and keep you in the loop.

How We Ship

Because most of our furniture is oversized or heavy, we ship the majority of our pieces by freight carrier rather than standard parcel service. Freight deliveries are scheduled in advance and may involve curbside drop-off or a bit of coordination on your end, depending on where you're located.

Shipping Costs

We do our best to calculate accurate shipping costs at checkout, but with items this large, our system can occasionally under-quote the cost. If that happens, we'll reach out to let you know and collect the difference before your order ships. If we're unable to reach you, or you'd prefer not to move forward, we'll cancel your order and issue a full refund, no hassle.

We ask that you review your order carefully before checking out. Once your item has shipped, we're not able to cancel or modify the order.
