Order Processing & Shipping Timeframes

At Mikano Furniture, we work hard to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.

• Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.

• However, some products may need to be sourced from one of our distributors. In these cases, processing and shipping may be extended to 24 days or more.
  If any unusual delays occur, our team will notify you promptly.

Freight Shipping

Because most of our furniture pieces are oversized or heavy, we primarily ship using freight carriers rather than standard parcel services. Freight shipments may require curbside delivery, scheduling, or additional coordination depending on your location.

Shipping Cost Adjustments

Our system does its best to calculate accurate shipping costs at checkout. However, due to the size and weight of many items:

• The system may occasionally under-quote the shipping cost.

• If this happens, we will contact you to collect the additional shipping amount.

• If we are unable to reach you or if you choose not to proceed, we will cancel and fully refund your order.

All Sales Are Final

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

• All sales are final.

• Once an item has been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

Returns & Exchanges

If an exchange is approved:

• The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Mikano Furniture.

• Freight returns can be costly, so we strongly recommend verifying measurements, colors, and product details before placing an order.
