Terms & Conditions -Pickup times are Monday through Saturday 12 P.M. to 5 P.M. -Our warehouse is located at 3489 S Delsea Dr Vineland, NJ 08360 -Customers must present their sales receipt in order to pick up their merchandise. -Customers must call the store 24 hours in advance before planning to pick up their merchandise. -Customers who pick up merchandise at our warehouse are serviced on a first-come, first-serve basis. Wait times may vary. -Please be sure that the size of your vehicle will accommodate the size of the furniture to be picked up. It is your responsibility to properly secure and tie down merchandise to your vehicle. We do not provide any supplies for merchandise transporting (i.e. - ties, straps, rope, etc.) -Associates may assist in loading customer merchandise but we reserve the right to refuse assistance where it may result in injuries or property damage. -We will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused to customer merchandise and/or any vehicles during the loading or transportation of the customer's merchandise. -Be sure to inspect your purchase for any visible signs of defect prior to departing the store. Customer's signature on the receipt will verify acknowledgement of receipt of merchandise in good condition. Mikano Orders -Estimated arrival date for merchandise on back order is subject to change. Due to the nature of ordering and shipment of import containers, we cannot guarantee your specific arrival date. Please allow up to 14-21 business days. All special order items are final sale. Merchandise Pick Up Delivery Guidelines -Delivery fees will be charged each time a truck delivers or picks up merchandise. -Delivery fees are non-refundable. -Someone must be home during the assigned delivery window. If no one is home within 10 minutes of arrival, the customer must reschedule the delivery and pay a redelivery fee. -Upon request, we will contact the customer at an alternate number 30 minutes prior to our truck's arrival to meet us at the home. -In preparation for your merchandise delivery, doorways should be measured to ensure clearance and rooms cleared so there is an unobstructed path between the point of entry to your home and the room where your new merchandise will be placed. -Prior to scheduling delivery, home must be complete: closings, construction, and/or remodeling, and a driveway that is passable. -Due to liability issues, we cannot hoist merchandise, set up lamps, hang pictures or mirrors on walls, make electrical connections or move existing furniture, electronics, televisions, etc. -We do not assemble RTA (ready-to-assemble) merchandise. -We cannot deliver to anyone under age 18. -If, during delivery, your merchandise or property has been damaged, you must notify store personnel within 24 hours of the date of delivery. Preferred Delivery -Deliveries are made Daily between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. -Delivery date can be scheduled, however, we can not take appointment times or requests. Time frame is based on the location of the home. -A 3-hour delivery window will be assigned the day prior to delivery. Please keep in mind that traffic conditions, inclement weather, construction and local emergencies may delay your furniture delivery. -Customer is required to notify us at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery date to reschedule, otherwise customer will be charged a $25 handling fee. Same Day Delivery -Same day deliveries are available based on store staffing. -Same day deliveries are made Tuesday - Saturday between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. to select areas in the Vineland area only. -Same day delivery is available on mattresses and upholstery items. Any items requiring any assembly are not eligible for same day delivery. -Same day deliveries are scheduled up to 12 pm of the day of purchase. We can not estimate a delivery time. The customer must be available during the above delivery hours. -We will contact the customer by phone 30 minutes prior to our truck's arrival. -We can not take appointments or requests
